Refund Policy and Procedure
Please submit all refund requests to [email protected]


Refund requests must include:

*Player name
*Primary account user name/contact information
*Player date of birth
*Team name and coach (if applicable) 

All above criteria MUST present or your request may be denied.


Please note: The $25 AYSO National fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
A refund for fall registration requested after playing in the first game or second matches of the season is subject to a 50% reduction to compensate AYSO Region 741 for insurance and uniform costs incurred by the region.
A refund for fall registration requested after the first two matches of the season (i.e., after the weekend of the second game) will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.
All refunds are contingent on the return of any uniforms or equipment provided to the player.
